FeCrCo permanent magnet is a new type of permanent magnet material in the early 1970s. Its magnetic properties are similar to that of AlNiCo permanent magnet. It can be magnetized by planar octapole and planar multipole, and it can be machined. It is especially suitable for making small and thin permanent magnet components with complex size and shape.
Based on spinodal decomposition theory, FeCrCo alloy is developed by adding Co to Fe Cr binary alloy. FeCrCo alloy forms a single α phase in high temperature region, then forms α 1 and α 2 phases through spinodal decomposition, and then increases the difference between the two phases through tempering process, so as to obtain high magnetic properties. Because the temperature of single α phase is very high, it is difficult to produce in large quantities. Therefore, in addition to the method of quick cooling after solid solution treatment, the method of adding trace elements is also used to reduce the difficulty of production, so a variety of different brands of alloys are formed. AEM magnetic industry can produce standard iron chromium cobalt materials, and can also provide semi hard magnetic alloys according to the requirements of users to meet the needs of different fields.
AEM magnetic industry produces various specifications of wire, strip, bar, pipe, the thinnest strip is 0.05mm, the thinnest wire is 0.1mm. The surface of finished components can be coated according to the requirements of users, and can also be treated with metallic luster. The surface finish can reach the highest level, meeting the requirements of military products. The magnet has isotropy and anisotropy, the magnetic field direction has axial, radial and radiation magnetic field.
